DHCP Relay over GRE

Hello,

I am trying to set a DHCP relay connection through a simple GRE tunnel.
The tunnel is established for days and I can ping the DHCP server through the tunnel but the DISCOVER is not reaching the DHCP server.

I was trying multiple things but without luck.
You might know something or a solution to solve this problem.

The other side is a CISCO router and my side is a Mikrotik device. This works with CISCO to CISCO flawlessly with ip-helper.
Honestly - I ran out of ideas.

Mikrotik’s DHCP servers do not listen at L3 interfaces.

Using DHCP relay does not make sense to me, but have done it before between 2 Mikrotiks

Can you post config of both MT and Cisco, maybe we can figure something out
