DHCP relay trough VPN PPTP?

Hi

This is my first post and I’m not english spoken, I hope you’ll understand me  I’ve used other distros like Zeroshell but recently discover Mikrotik and I think that it’s a very good product, but I have some problems that I’m not able to solve:

I have local office with Win 2003 server, routing and remote access configured and DHCP server (192.168.1.1).

In remote office I’ve installed Mikrotik 5.22 in a old PC with two interfaces, one 192.168.0.1 connected to ADSL router, the other as 172.26.0.1 for internal lan.

I’ve configured the firewall, the pptp client, DHCP server…and now from the PCs in 172.26.0.x I can ping to 192.168.1.1, make RDP sessions, etc. From 192.168.1.x can not ping to 172.26.0.x so I can not use, for example, the printers. Also I can’t use some SIP telephones that I want to connect to a Elastix server located in 192.168.1.x lan because they don’t register in the Elastic. Also the PCs located in the remote lan (172…) don’t have Internet.

So I have three problems/doubts:

Can I config Mikrotik for relay DHCP so the PCs in the remote LAN uses the DHCP in 192.168.1.1?

Why I can not ping from 192.168.1.x to 172.26.0.x, but I can ping in the other way?

Why the PCs located in 172… does not have internet?

Kind Regards
