Hi all, please tell me when i should use this section in dhcp relay agent wizard?

I want an example/scenario for using this section( Be sure to use)

RFC already describes scenario when it should be used:
"Relay Agent Information option is
inserted by the DHCP relay agent when forwarding client-originated
DHCP packets to a DHCP server. Servers recognizing the Relay Agent
Information option may use the information to implement IP address or
other parameter assignment policies. "

For implement IP address or other parameter assignment policies, why dhcp server not used from giaddr (dhcp relay agent address)?
