Why doesn’t the dhcp server support radius accounting?
pppoe - no mac auth
dhcp - no accounting
hotspot - complex firewall rules that break many things
Please just give us accounting with dhcp.
DHCP is Configuration Protocol. it’s not about accounting. use TrafficFlow

From what I can see, TrafficFlow is a layer 3. Radius Accounting is layer 2. It allows me to tie usage both quantity and timelines to mac not to ip. So if I understand TF correctly it would require the assignment of static ips to all of my customers, in order to to approximate Radius + Accounting.
