DHCP server for 2 VLANs on ether1 RB751G

Hi,
I want to connect a MikroTik to a Cisco switch.
Connect ether1 to the Cisco switch.
On ether1 I want 3 vlans 1, 100 and 200
On vlan 100 and 200 I want a DHCP server enabled on the MikroTik.
Is this possible? How?

So Only connect Ether1 and use vlans and DHCP.

That is possible. Configure Cisco interface as trunk.
Create the different Vlan interfaces on the mikrotik on ether1 and assign the DHCPTO the Vlan interfaceo
