DHCP server leases Active hostname problem

Hi!

I have got a question / problem that I want to upgrade my 3.22 Mikrotik to 6.10. I uploaded to the backup works flawlessly in all, the previous version only when the DHCP server if the client has passed the time waiting and the status changes to waiting from bound, the Active hostname is gone. In the new version, when this time has elapsed the status changes from waiting, but active hostname does not disappear. How can I set this up and get rid of?

How much time host will be waiting You can set it in DHCP server

but not sure You talking about that

I got a little problem too

I have near 50 workstation connected to RB2011 With 6.41.2
most on Win10
several about 5 maybe 8 got status waiting but
they are fully connected and reachable from network
and phisicaly working

WHY are they got waiting status ?!
