dhcp-server leases - problem with client-id

hi all

i tried adding some static IP’s and if i defined a custom client-id (instead of the mac address) the clients didn’t want to catch that IP i defined but were acting as if the dhcp static lease wasn’t defined

what’s up with that?

i thought client-ip was something optional and any custom string could be used


hope somebody clarifies that for me


btw i have ROS 2.9.27

First of all - upgrade to the newest version (now it’s 2.9.46).
