DHCP Server , Network Questions

Hello Everybody,
i have the Network which you can see as the Attachment.
I have the Problem that i don’t know how I transpose the problem in the Mikrotik board.
Can you help me?

My beginnings are the follow:

3 DHCP-Server-Pools
3-DHCP-Server (Ether2, Ether3, Ether4)

My Network-Configuration
Ether1: 192.168.0.1
Ether2: 192.168.1.1
Ether3: 192.168.2.1
Ether4: 192.168.3.1

How, then every network gets access to the Internet?
Implementation of VLAN’s? An Example?

Looks like you just need to install a default route on the Mikrotik board pointing out to the next hop on what is named LAN1 in your drawing. Given that that is still private IP addressing I’m assuming something further upstream will perform the NAT to a public IP address?
Since you have a dedicated port for each network I don’t see how VLANs come into play.
