Hi guys

I have a MIKROTIK ROUTER set up with a DHCP Server…

Recently I connected a switch to one of our network points and when connecting other pc on the network to the switch no network access is available, the network point is functioning, the problems seems to be from the dhcp server which has its lease expiring after 30seconds continuously…

I would appreciate your help…

Check /ip dhcp-server print and parameter lease-time, maybe you configured lease-time to 30 seconds.

I have seen this same problem occurring on an RB1100 using DHCP Relay. The lease starts out at 1d (24 hrs) but continuously resets every 30 seconds. Eventually it settles down and works ok.
