There is a special reason why the DHCP server didn’t send the T1 and T2 Timer values (Option 58/59) in the DHCP Message Type ACK?
We have several old hardware devices and they need those flags set into the ACK reply. I’ve made some test with some Linksys and DLink devices and they send the flags.
I try to manually add the options without success.

What did you try?
Did you try to enter the settings in “/ip dhcp option” and it reported an entry or value error?
Did it accept your entry and doesn’t send it to the DHCP client?
Have you enabled verbose logging for the dhcp service?
