I have the same problem with a RB1100AHx4 (Normal)

for me it sometimes gone away with ROS upgrade or setting the IP address of DHCP server in dhcp settings

We are using TP-Link TL-MR3020 routers in client mode as wireless network adapters with some old computers.
On attempt to use Mikrotik RB951 in office network we found that none of computers with these routers can obtain IP-address by DHCP.
Would be interesting to get any answer regarding this issue from Mikrotik support team.
