Have you checked “/ip dhcp-server lease”?
Have you checked “/ip arp”?
Do you have the two ips in question assigned as static to other computers?

Looks like 192.168.1.16 and 192.168.1.169 are causing the problem.

loaded in two different computer an ip address. not problematic in two ip address ip pool rented for all ip addresses are left to individual discretion by clients when there is an empty IP address re-leased IP address assigned to the problematic client computers. After this assignment takes clients ip address conflict error. I disabled the MAC addresses of the problem to avoid damage to other clients with static IP address or MAC address of the same IP address bolted it again and again, this time is problematic. In other words, the client sends the request dhcp server, dhcp server responds optionally, sends the client’s mac address, ip address dhcp server sends the next, but the client ip address sent by the deprecated event of this happening from the beginning.

Does that mean you have assigned 192.168.1.16 and 192.168.1.169 as static to two computers?

had same problem on a hotspot. 7 AP - 1 rb 1200 dhcp server. About 150 clients. The issue came after upgrading AP to 5.17. I downgraded all AP’s to 4.17, and it was all ok.

Türkçe : ben de 5.17 ye yükseltme yaptıktan sonra bu tür sorunlar ile karşılaşmaya başladım, bende versiyon düşürmeyi düşünüyorum.

English : After upgrading to 5:18, I began to encounter such problems, I think lowering the version.

No problem with the dhcp 5.19
