Guys, I’ve been trying to get an answer to this for a while, There is no good fix online.
I have mikrotik with few Unifis APs.
I actually have bunch of sites like that but only one with issue.
after every time that mikrotik is rebooted, every DHCP request comes with “dhcp1 offering lease “IP” for “MAC” without success” in logs.
Temporary and only fix for me right now is to disable and re-enable DHCP server, and it goes to normal. When I connect to physical port there is no problem.
I went thru last 3 firmware updates.
I researched, and seems like bunch of people have similar issues with unifies , and other brands of Aps,but no fix.

I remember seeing some threads about that and there were some solutions or workarounds posted (I didn’t study them in detail). Search box is your friend.
Adding Admin MAC on the bridge resolved the issue for me, Thank You
