DHCPv6 issue after upgrade to 6.45.1

using Mikrotik as LNS, DHCPv6 is no longer binding to the PPPoE interfaces. anyone else see this issue or know if its been resolved (or what is causing it as I only see a few entries that I dont think are related)

per 6.45.1 release notes;
*) dhcpv6-server - added additional RADIUS parameters for Prefix delegation, “rate-limit” and “life-time”;
*) dhcpv6-server - added “address-list” support for bindings;
*) dhcpv6-server - added “insert-queue-before” and “parent-queue” parameters;
*) dhcpv6-server - added RADIUS accounting support with queue based statistics;
*) dhcpv6-server - added “route-distance” parameter;
*) dhcpv6-server - fixed dynamic IPv6 binding without proper reference to the server;
*) dhcpv6-server - override prefix pool and/or DNS server settings by values received from RADIUS;

Apparently we may have narrowed this down to the PPPoE server not sending a proper IPv6 gateway option to the client router. not sure how to resolve this other than use a previous ROS version.

PS - Still not resolved in testing 6.45.5
