  • where can I find a example to set DHCPv6 relay?

  • RouterOS DHCPv6 Relay works with the new isc-dhcp server v4.2.x?

DHCPv6 relay on version 6.2 has a bug?

Agent relay configured on HP 5500 Switch results in:

14:17:30 tb19 dhcpd: Relay-forward message from 2001:db8:21e:101::5 port 547, link address 2001:db8:21e:104:1000:1d32:0:1, peer address fe80::200:cdff:fe11:b24c
14:17:30 tb19 dhcpd: No subnet found for link-address 2001:db8:21e:104:1000:1d32:0:1.

Agent relay configured on RouterOS v6.2:

14:30:30 tb19 dhcpd: Relay-forward message from 2001:db8:21e:101::5 port 547, link address ff02::1:2, peer address fe80::200:cdff:fe11:b24c
14:30:30 tb19 dhcpd: No subnet found for link-address ff02::1:2

RouterOS DHCPv6 Agent Relay is sending the multicast address when it should send the address configured at the interface.

At this case the isc-dhcp server cannot select the correct subnet to lease the correct address.

I´d like to know if this is a bug or RouterOS is working fine??
