What’s a difference between VRF and Routing Tables?
VRF makes connected routers to be in a table route, instead of being in the main table.
What is purpose to use VRF instead of Routing Table
There are several purposes. One could be that you have overlapping IP-spaces in your environment. You can the same prefixes/routes in 2 different VRF’s.
Or you could have a separate management-VRF of some sort, which then will be isolated from other VRF’s / main-routing-table
