i am setting up a few wifi connections beetween mikrotik Antennas. i was wondering about the Wireless Modes, station, station bridge, bridge, ap bridge etc…
i am not quiet sure what the differences are and how they impact on traffic. is there some guide or article where this is described?

one question for my understanding: does the wireless mode has anything to do with the modes i found in the Quickset section? the one i can choose beetween CPE or AP?
Sure but personal opinion: avoid quickset.
Or use it once (ONE time only after each reset) then continue in Winbox/Webfig.
