Different Clock time in Router and Usermanager

Hi there
I have just got a problem with my user manager. I set the clock in router via NTP server and it show the true time. But in the user manager show me the wrong clock. the different time is DST (4:30)

So, what should I do to solve this problem?

I use the 5.6 version
