Different L2TP tunnel endpoints not pinging

This is my topology, I have a CHR mikrotik router configured with two L2TP secrets and two L2TP profiles, and my l2tp server is enabled and running, the first l2tp secret has been attached to the first l2tp profile and the same case for the second one. the tunnel of each profile has been successfully created and remote addresses assigned, the remote addresses for the first and second endpoints are 192.168.3.3 and 192.168.3.5 respectively while the local addresses for the same are 192.168.3.2 and 192.168.3.4. So when pinging 192.168.3.3 and 192.168.3.5 (the endpoints) it does not work, I wonder why since this tunnel should also allow me to connect to the mikrotik router`s networks and other vpn tunnel endpoint like the one that has ip 192.168.3.5. Why is the ping not successfull, and show me a detailed step by step guide to configure the router to make the ping successfull.

anyone?
