Different Voice Alert for Various Events

Currently I am using SPEAK function for event notifications.
I would like to know that is there any method I can use my customized wav file for up / down alert.
For example:

If Device/Probe is Down, then it should play Alert1.wav, & If Device/Probe is UP , then it should play Alert2.wav

(I Required this for various customized voices on various different probes)

Just create two different notifications, one that has unstable->down enabled for one wave file and another notification with down->up for the other wave file. I’ll screen shot if you need.
