i read about the dimensions of CRS328 with a depth of 300mm. But i wonder if this dimension includes the power cord or not. And if not, what depth does it have, including the power cord? Space is rare in the rack…

No. That value includes the box itself and everything that sticks out of it, but not the cord.

That will depend on the power cord, now won't it?
This is one of the reasons to campaign for IEC power cords: so you can use a right-angle one when appropriate.
