Direct Traffic Possible In VPN

Hello MT members,
I want to make a VPN in which users can transfer data directly to each other without passing through server is it possible if yes can you give some tutorial links or show me they way??

I have tried PPTP & PPPOE in that when clients download upload any files everything goes through Server.
