Direct Users to 1 or another WAN connection

Hi,

Please HELP.
I have a RB2011 with 2 WAN connections configured.
Is it possible to get a selection of users to use the 2nd WAN connection as the default for web-browsing while everyone else uses the 1st (default) WAN?
All users use the same IP address arrange.

I have MAC addresses of the one’s I want to use the 2nd connection.

Use dhcp static assignment according to mac addresses. For those special ip use mangle by routing mark. Then create a separate route rule for that mark to use wan2 instead the default one.
