Hi all,
i want a user to download files via ftp to the routerOS, but who does not have access to all the directory /files,
does anyone know if you can make it to redirect ftp access to a particular directory other than /files?.

AFAIK no. FTP server in RouterOS is only very basic, intended for management purposes. There are no detailed access right or anything advanced.
