Disable port after disconnect client

HI,

i have an outdoor Wifi AP. I want to disable a port, wenn someone pull the LAN cable out of it.

I wann to use rb260gs. Ive seen scripts where you can disable port and check Connection speed, but nothing to check up/down the connection or an event on disconnect.

found a solution, but generel question, can I script on an switch or only on routeros?
I want to buy a rb260gs?!
