Disabled Port?

Any ideas on why I am not able to enable the wan1 port?

What RouterBoard for you have?
What RouterOS?
Try to do a default config. It should be enabled by default.

I reset the configuration and made sure the no default configuration was not checked. And it says port disabled. But if I look at wifi it will show me all the wifi networks around me?

If I connect to the MikroTik by wifi it shows designated port. If I connect to it by wire. It says disabled port? Is this normal?
