I’ve encountered an issue with my CRS510. Whenever I connect any 100G QSFP to it, the port heats up significantly. Interestingly, I have a CCR2216 and CRS504 in the same datacenter using similar 100G QSFPs without any problems. Even with adequate cooling in the datacenter, the temperature of the QSFP port on the CRS510 keeps rising until it eventually goes offline. Can anyone please provide assistance with this matter?
