Disconnect always while i work remotely tomikrotik 1100ah

Dear all,
I have two mikrotik 1100 ah router.. One of them is ok but other one has problem. while i work remotely it just disconnect always…pls tell me why?

Have you login with the MAC or IP-adres
If you login with IP-adres from router try it with MAC

thanks for answer. but Its disconnect when i would like to support remotely by its public IP Address. What could be the solutions.

how do you connect to it? winbox or ssh? try both options

Is your bandwidth being used up? I have run into this when a sites bandwidth was being maxed out. If that’s the problem a quick QoS will fix your problem.
