Disconnect the antenna

I’m having trouble accessing the wireless antenna settings of the subscribers from my workplace.
I can not connect to the winbox app
My PING connection is interrupted with their IP.
Devices for customers
as follows
LHG5
QRT5
And my side access points are all QRT5.
Help me please…

Try mac telnet. Impossible to guess what you have set in ip settings…

ah, I’m assuming the entire network is bridged together?

If you are only starting out with the network you should look at moving over to a routed config.

Its much easier to troubleshoot a issue once it starts on a routed network.
