My users connect to hotspot via mac address. (authenticate with radius and userman accounting).
When a user disconnects the Wi-Fi, their record in hotspot => active section will remove but the record of hotspot => Hosts will remain. For example, after 30 minutes, the user connects again to Wi-Fi to access the internet, but he can’t. for resolving the problem, i must manually remove the record of hotspot => Hosts and after that he can connect.
Please help me to resolve this problem.
From Ip → Hotspot → User Profile
Edit all profiles
Set : Idle Time out to : 00:05:00
Set : Keep alive Timeout : 00:05:00
