Disk Usage Thresh hold

I RTFM’d before posting and i can not seem to find where i can globally set disk usage thresh hold. Truthfully I am searching for a way to set thresh holds for all physical monitoring (disk, mem, cpu, etc..)

Does anyone have a link to a forum post or documentation I can read about this in?
