Divide bandwidth

Hi,

I’v bought a mikrotik hex rb750gr-3 to manage the bandwidth inside my home.
I have 16m of bandwidth and want to dedicate 12m for my pc and mobile using mac addresses and leave 4m to the family.
I need help to do that. Its my first time to deal with mikrotik.
if there is a youtube video or blog post that cover this scenario will be appreciated.

I tried to make mangle rules for all clients and rules for my ip address.
Then used these rules to form the tree queues.
but I do not know if this is the best way to achieve my goal?!
Also I wander if there is a way to make rules for a list of ip addresses so I could make all my devices to apply for one queue.
