Divide Internet priority services in mikrotik

Dear members I would like your lights on top in mikrotik.

I make a wireless network with mikrotik router os and divide the internet into a friend. Because they have some of these voip phone to a company.

  1. I want to attach great priority to voip
  2. Give them dynamic speed when the network is very tight and surf better and not like I have now with a simple queue constant speed.
  3. To give low priority to download youtube and generally it has to do with downloading to my eating bandwith of the line.

Use mangle to mark voip and teh rest traffic
Set up queue tree and prioritize voip marked packets.
