DLB2300 AP MODE to MIKROTIK SR2 WRAP BOARD

Hello, im trying to connect to a DLB2300 with the following configuration for AP side:

This is a WRAP1 board running mikrotik os/level 6 on compact flash. SR2 on minipci1(also tried a WLM54AG card same result)

192.168.2.254…AP /WDSmode with 64 bit/wep. 64 bit encryption for WDS as well. MAC of Mikrotik set at ap.

Mikrotik client configuration: This is what I read and did:

I first set mode of station…entered encryption and it did show CONNECTED!! I get an valid ip from remote DHCP server. The wierd problem is i cant ping the dhcp server or remote ap.(dlb2300)

I created a Bridge and enterted interfaces ether1 and wlan1. set 192.168.2.5/24 for bridge ip interface. I may have some sort of route problem. Please note I also tried wds ap mode at the mikrotik side. At that point I could not get a ip address for remote dhcp or ping.

You would remove any IP addresses from the two physical interfaces, and then create a “Bridge” interface. Then in the Bridge menu, you would assign the two interfaces to the new bridge as “Ports”. You would then assign an IP address to the bridge interface for management…

Thank you..any help please
