dns and gateway problem

hi every body
i have problem with RouterOS
i have ip provider of internet
when i config the ip input the internet to the router
where ajust the DNS and G.W of these ip?
my provider ip is
ip 192.168.12.13
G.w 192.168.12.1
DNS 216.7.22.8
DNS 216.7.23.8

the dns setting:

/ip dns

and the DG

/ip route add gateway=xxxxx
