I am also getting the same error as well as

DoH server connection error: SSL: std failure: timeout (13)

DoH server connection error: SSL: internal error (6)

Using Cloudflare site for DOH lookups

same here, a few times a day:

DoH server connection error: remote disconnected while in HTTP exchange

We use Googles-DoH.

I just basically pulled the plug on DOH for now. Not ready for prime time on MT hardware. Will wait for the point release to see if it gets resolved. Cloudflare standard DNS servers work just fine.

Partial problem using Doh via Cloudflare

I have a similar problem. I also have it written in the logs (DoH server connection error remote disconnected while in HTTP exchange). I can’t find a solution to the problem. problem inside firmware.
please send supout file from your router to support@mikrotik.com
need more people to send the problem and quickly solve it.

Google DoH has a request limit.
Probably, some users hit the limit and Google DoH stops working correctly

You can try to disable “verify-doh-cert=” and check the work.
