dns issue

Hi!
i have a strange problem with my dns servers (from isp),

i ran hotspot service already 2years without problems,
but since yesterday it stops working.
i cannot ping the dns servers from mikrotik but from a simple windows machine i
can, so the server are active,
and all bypassed clients still have internet but hotspot user don’t,
i have configured primary and secondary dns and allow remote request

so, what can hang here, don’t know, can You help me?

When a user gets an IP from the Hotspot DHCP server, what DNS servers are they getting? Are they getting the propper DNS settings or not?

Check your dhcp server network settings.
/ip dhcp-server network
The dns IPs that the dhcp server uses are there. Insure they have not changed.
