[DNS] Mikrotik DNS cache thinks entry is static

I was troubleshooting an issue with one static dns entry which is no longer there, but the cache thinks it still is


The cache entry

Name	piboven.domain.com
Type	A
Data		192.168.110.72
TTL		1d 00:00:00

The static entry

Enabled  Yes
Name	piboven.domain.com
Address  192.168.140.146
TTL		1d 00:00:00

Clear Cache does not solve this issue and I think this is a BUG
