DNS Server IPs disappears abruptly from Hotspot

The DNS Servers IPs which are listed in /ip dns is disappearing automatically from my Hotspot abruptly, resulting website opening issues in Hotspot Network.After sometime it is again showing automatically. When the IPs are showing there, the network is running perfectly alright , but once it is disappearing whole network is going down.

Can anybody suggest to protect the DNS IPs ?

Add them manually? It sounds like they’re being sourced from DHCP and then the server is randomly not assigning them for whatever reason.

Those are manually added. No DHCP is in the picture.
