DNS - very slow

Hi, I have a main gateway built on Xeon with Supermicro board. Version 6.10, and use DNS for about 1000 clients.
However, lately very long to translate addresses before DNS.
DNS settings:
Allow Remote Requests on
2 local server with BIND
Max UDP Packet Size: 8192
Cache Size: 8192
DNS blocked from the outside through the WAN.

When the server restarts, a few hours everything works OK. DNS gradually slows down.
I set the regular deletion Cache every 10 minutes. - No effect.
If I set the client directly BIND DNS server, everything runs fine.
The older version of Mikrotik (4.17, 3.30) on the old server everything worked OK. Unfortunately, on this new server can not run version 4.17.
When I made a solid forward for BIND DNS everything works, but some client devices have a problem with the forwards do not work correctly.

I would like to avoid rewriting DNS for all customers.

Thank you very much for your help.

I have this problem on my ccr1036. 1500 users.

I’ve run into that problem also. You can try using scheduler to flush the cache periodically. That will help considerably. In some cases, we have had to offload DNS completely. I doesn’t behave quite right with a large number of users.

How did you offload DNS to other server ?? Please explain. I do have same issue in CCR-1036 with 1500 users.

Thanks

same issue! (ccr1016-12G 750 user). Any solution?
