Is the DNSooq an issue for RouterOS, Mikrotik was not listed among the vendors from the following web page?

The software dnsmasq is not used in RouterOS, so no.

The vendor list of devices affected is much larger on this page. Where Mikrotik is listed as unaffected for not using dnsmasq.
