do not ping version 6.38.7

hi today

i check ping 4.2.2.2 but timeout

My internet connection and bgp session is ok ny my router on version 6.38.7

do not able to ping own ip address and back time out

Other devices on my network can be ping the router CCR-1072

By my device can not able to ping others
i test by traceoute

Traceroute is recieve to destanation


How can fix thxi problem without Reboot router this is My core router and cannot reboot simply or upgrade



whitch version of router-OS test on hi traffic level do you have any suggest version to me???

I had the same issue on a ccr1036 a while back.

Unfortunately the fix was to restart the device

My RB1100AHx4 on firmware 6.38.7 did this recently as well. The issue was identified on the Dude because all monitored devices failed on Ping service check. Reboot fixed.
