Type 11 is listed in the docs
type 11 - Opaque LSA which is flooded throughout the AS (scope is the same as type 5). It is not flooded in stub areas and NSSAs.

But i’ve not seen a Type 11 LSA actually generated when testing MPLS and TE. Is this LSA supported?
