I have an EM7690. It’s not even 5G, just CAT20. However it doesn’t show up at all. In a raspbian Linux system I need to tell the qcserial driver about the device-id to get more than an MBIM device. This would probably work if I could get a root shell or similar way to teach the driver about the new module.

Any suggestions?
