Does NetMetal 5 starts from PoE switch?

I connected it to Aruba (HP) 2530 PoE+ an there is no reaction, AP wont start.
It starts only from its PoE injector.

Mikrotik hAP works perfectly with this switch.
Maybe the deal with the very high power consumption?
