Does RBGPOE (RBPOE) injectors save for other side hardware?

Hi!
I planning to use RBGPOE injector after ISP Router to feed my HAP AC2. Does RBGPOE supply other side with power? risk exists?
ISP R does not support any POE standards. ISP have no experience with POE and recommend not to. They refuse to provide their hardware type…
I tried to find disassembly for injector or schematics or clear answer but no success.

The unpowered side is safe to use with any hardware, it’s just a standard Ethernet cable. Power only goes out the powered side - make sure you connect that side to ONLY Mikrotik devices, it’s non-standardized passive PoE so it is unsafe to use with any 802.3af/at hardware as it constantly supplies voltage without any sensing.

R1CH, thank you!
I confirm, other side no under Power Source voltage. Voltmeter readings are about 0 for both DC and AC.

I wonder what happen if capacitors short circuit)))

in case of any interest - another model.
Harder to disassemble - tight connection.
Darker body color.
Blue light diode more bright.
Works as expected. Both able to POE-IN POE-OUT set.
Same jack 5.5mm x 2.1mm.
