Does the MAC ADDRESS cross the router?

Hi,

I Have the RBs connected in LAN 10.5.50.x on an interface ( ether3 ) of a RB1100.

RB1100 also has an interface ( ether1 ) on a LAN 192.167.27.x

From a Winbox installed on a PC of the LAN 192.168.27.x can reach the RBs connected in the LAN 10.5.50.x through the MAC and without any NAT on the RB1100 ?
