Does Woobm work with devices other than Mikrotik?such as cisco devices?
or any devices with a usb-serial interface?

It’s just USB to TTL UART converter connected to ESP8266 WIFI chip.
So it will appear as USB serial adapter if you plug it in normal PC.
In linux, you can easily enable console on it and use it same way as it works for mikrotik.
But for Cisco, I don’t think they have drivers even for simple USB serial adapters, so it will likely not work at all.
