My clients authenticate by pppoe, each one has a home router.
I have another network on mikrotik with ip 172.16.30.0/23 and I need pppoe clients to access this network.
How can I solve this problem?

You have to route them. If they dont have a route to know where eachother are, they wont communicate. Create 2 routes. one for the range of existing to the range of the new ones, and vice versa.
