Down connection and backup problem

Hi.
I have Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD with ROS v 5.26

When I do a backup of the system, I get an error: backup,critical error creating backup file: could not read all configuration files

Also, about once a day began to vanish access to external ports on the router (web, ssh) and internet for users. Rebooting the router does not help. Restoring job occurs after restoring a backup.

You need reinstall routerOS with netinstall. This is a problem reading internal file.
